Express Sign and Logo was founded in Monticello, Iowa in 2010 as Express Vinyl Signs, by local business owners Mark Spensley and Dan Goodyear as part of the Monticello Express family of businesses.

In 2024, the sign business entered an exciting new chapter when it was purchased by Gary and Catelyn Feldmann, longtime Monticello residents and business owners. The husband and wife team renamed the business Express Sign and Logo LLC and relocated it to a dedicated space downtown, continuing its tradition of serving local businesses and individuals with high-quality custom signage.

Gary brings years of hands-on experience and training in the sign industry and graphic design; and Catelyn in office management and customer service. Together the Feldmanns have invested in new equipment, materials, and software to expand what Express Sign and Logo can offer — from custom signs and decals to logo design, window graphics, and more. With a focus on quality, reliability, and friendly local service.
